Deborah A. Grimes – Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Deborah A. Grimes has been named Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Grimes previously served as Executive Vice President, Retail Banking & Human Resources. Her 18 years of service with the organization and extensive experience, along with her strategic vision, have been key elements in shaping the institution. As Ms. Grimes transitions into role of Chief Operating Officer, we are confident in her ability to lead with excellence and drive further success for our organization.
Maureen Sylvia – First Vice President, Business Intelligence
With 8 years of service as Vice President, Business Intelligence, Maureen Sylvia has consistently demonstrated her ability to leverage data to assist with the strategic vision of the Bank. Her analytical mindset and leadership have greatly enhanced our business operations. We are excited to see her take on new challenges and opportunities as First Vice President. Ms. Sylvia’s insight will be crucial in the future growth of the organization.
Joshua J. Narciso – Vice President, Director of Marketing
Joshua J. Narciso has served with Mechanics for 20 years, previously holding the role as Assistant Vice President, Marketing. Mr. Narciso has played a pivotal role in developing and executing our marketing strategies. His understanding of market dynamics has enabled us to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our customers and community. As he steps into his new position, we look forward to his continued leadership and innovative approach to our marketing efforts.
Tasha Perry – Vice President, Call Center Manager
Tasha Perry has been a part of the Mechanics team for 20 years, previously holding the role of Assistant Vice President, Call Center Manager. Her commitment to providing exceptional customer service and her subject matter expertise have made a significant impact to customer service and satisfaction. In her new role, we are confident Ms. Perry will inspire her team to elevate the Call Center and reach new heights while enhancing our service quality even further.
Mary Gilmore – Assistant Vice President, Loan Servicing Quality Control Coordinator
Mary Gilmore who has served with the organization for 5 years, previously held the position of Loan Servicing Quality Control Coordinator. During her time in this role, she demonstrated her attention to detail and a strong commitment to ensuring the highest standards in our loan servicing processes. Her efforts have been essential in ensuring our operations run smoothly and effectively. As Ms. Gilmore transitions to her position as Assistant Vice President, her expertise and dedication will undoubtedly drive excellence and enhance our loan servicing initiatives.
